Small Group Sessions: Once a week meetings (in person and online) with a set curriculum and a built in support network.

One-on-one Sessions: Extremely flexible and individualized. We go at your pace, starting where you are and slowly building sustainable habits.

Couples Coaching Sessions: Are you and your significant other ready to get healthy together? It’s about teamwork, and it’s also about each of you working to be the best version of yourselves independently. I can show you how to implement new habits in a way that helps you both achieve these goals!

Beth and her husband, Justin, live in Fort Worth with their two teenage sons. They love to learn, try new things, and explore. Whether it be discovering fun restaurants in Fort Worth, hiking mountain trails in Glacier National Park, or wandering through the bustling street markets in Hong Kong- they’re always up for an adventure!
